Tanya put me through for a job as office support and now I am joining the management team on permanent contract. I had been out of work for 15 months due to surgery. The reputation of Gen Tech is respected and well known, they are the first contact for recruitment. It is so uncommon to have a full team of people that actually call you....yes its amazing after you send your CV to Tanya it wont go into a dark abyss never to be seen or called again,.... These guys actually keep you in mind. I was dreading a new job and was terrified of the task involved but Tanya is a legend and I want to say thank you for the support and meeting with me. So friendly and genuine and guess what? the complete opposite standard of what most recruitment agency's could never reach as based on my experience of other companies in Lisburn and Belfast. they lack any human side Tanya and the guys at GenTech have the personality and the priceless support element that this company show, they treat you like a person like a valued possibility. My interaction with Tanya has been exceptional. After the difficult year everyone has been through and having been made redundant I am delighted to have been placed in a part time job I know I am going to love and that suits me perfectly. Had to write comment after reading some reviews Ive never done these but for some reason Google asked me today along with some other places I've been to and ask to review .. Well I've  seen some really negative comments which is mind blowing in all honesty I can't get my head around it as I've been working with gentec for serval months now along with a few other people who work in the same place as myself. Everyone who works in same job as myself recruited by Gentech have nothing but praise for these guys. I've worked with some different recruitment places over the years and have to say not one of them are like Gentech. Gentech go above and beyond to help you out. I wasn't going to write anything or review as it's not my thing but after looking threw some or the bad feedback I thought I'd have to give an honest review. If anyone ever looking to join a recruitment place go to these guys you won't regret it. The staff will go that extra mile to help you.
